Not only must you consider the cost of software you’ll purchase, but interoperability within your existing toolset, which legacy applications you’ll need to continue using or upgrade, and other IT support or hardware requirements are necessary.
How is implementation of Wordbee different?
- SaaS. For starters, Wordbee is most often implemented in a Software as a Service model. This means there’s no hardware or IT involvement needed. Simply add your resources and content, and you are ready for productivity.
- Training. Typically our clients are up and running with a minimum of training – usually just a few hours to configure resources and workflows. From there, the product application and interface is very intuitive and most clients require minimal support to use Wordbee’s comprehensive functionality.
- Interoperability. Nearly all commonly used file formats are supported, including XLIFF and XML, so there’s little need to convert or manipulate your content. Also, your TMX compliant TMs and a variety of terminology list formats are natively supported as well.
- Resources. Wordbee offers relatively simple importing of existing translator databases, so you can be productive quickly. Should you wish to include Machine Translation in your localization process, Reverso and Google Translate are included.
- API. With your purchase, a full API is available for those clients who wish to build connectors, plugins or otherwise integrate Wordbee into their environment.
