Wordbee Privacy Notice

The Wordbee Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use Wordbee's products and services, including information provided when you use Wordbee Translator. In addition, the following describes our privacy practices that are specific to Wordbee Translator.
Personal information
You need a Wordbee Account to access Wordbee Translator. Wordbee asks for some personal information when you create a Wordbee Account, including your
name, Email and contact information. Your Wordbee Translator account is
protected by your Account ID, your Login and your Password. You can change your
Login and Password through the Wordbee Translator "My Account" pages.
Wordbee Translator stores, processes and maintains your uploaded documents,
translation memories, contact lists and other data you enter related to your account in order to provide the service to you.
The Team Edition of Wordbee Translator further enables you to create additional
logins so as to give access to your data to your suppliers, co-workers or
clients. You have full control over all logins of your account. You can disable,
delete and change all your account's logins and passwords.
When you use Wordbee Translator, Wordbee's servers automatically record certain information about your use of Wordbee Translator. Similar to other web services, Wordbee records information such as account activity (including storage usage, number of log-ins,
space usage), data displayed or clicked on (including UI elements); and other log information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).
This information is captured for the sole purpose of securing and improving
Wordbee Translator and to track availability and speed of service.
Our servers and computer systems are protected from outside intrusions. As a result, all data that may be collected about site viewers through the use of cookies will be protected from unauthorised access.
Our website may contain links to other websites to which this privacy protection statement does not extend. Wordbee does not control these sites or their privacy practices. We encourage all users to review the Privacy Policy/statement of any third party before submitting personal information.
Uses
Wordbee maintains and processes your Wordbee Translator account and its contents
to provide the Wordbee Translator service to you and to improve our services.
Wordbee's computers do not process your uploaded documents or translation
memories or other data for other purposes than providing Wordbee Translator
services to you. None of your data is used outside the context of your Wordbee
Translator account. No other Wordbee Translator client has direct or indirect
access to your data.
Wordbee may send you information related to your Wordbee Translator account or other Wordbee services.
Your choices
You may change your Wordbee Translator account settings through the Wordbee Translator "Admin" section.
You may organize or delete your data through your Wordbee Translator account or terminate your account
by contacting Wordbee. Such deletions or terminations will take immediate effect. Residual copies of deleted
data may remain in our offline backup systems.

This Privacy Policy is in accordance with the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and the current Luxembourg Personal Data Protection legislation. We may update our privacy policy from time-to-time. Any changes will be posted on this website.
