Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Wordbee SA and the websites of Wordbee & Wordbee Translator (“Sites”). Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using the Sites, so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations with respect to Wordbee SA, Wordbee Translator & Wordbee Website (individually and collectively, “Wordbee”)

By using the Sites or purchasing any services, you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Use. You also agree to ensure that anyone who uses these Sites & services on your computer also abides by the Terms of Use. Wordbee has the right to revise the Terms of Use at any time without providing notice to its users. Your continued use of the Sites shall be deemed irrevocable acceptance of those revisions. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or to the entire Sites without notice or liability.

Warranties, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Sites and all contents and materials on it are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Wordbee disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the warranty of non infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, Wordbee does not represent or warrant that:

i.        the Sites will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure or error-free;

ii.       defects in the Sites will be corrected;

iii.      the Sites or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL WORDBEE, ITS AFFILIATES, ITS LICENSORS OR THE WORDBEE STAFF BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER FORM OF LIABILITY FOR:

i.        ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU;

ii.       ANY LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, BUSINESS OR PROFITS (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT) THAT MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU; AND

iii.      ANY CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR LOSS WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU AS A RESULT OF (A) THE AVAILABILITY OF MERCHANTS’ WEBSITES AND/OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY WEBSITES, (B) ANY RELIANCE PLACED BY YOU ON ANY ADVERTISING, PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR OTHER CONTENT OR MATERIALS ON, OR AVAILABLE FROM, SUCH THIRD PARTY WEBSITES; OR (III) ANY OF YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH MERCHANTS.

THE LIMITATIONS ON WORDBEE LIABILITY TO YOU ABOVE SHALL APPLY WHETHER OR NOT WORDBEE, ITS AFFILIATES OR THE WORDBEE STAFF HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING.

NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE OR RESTRICT OR SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS EXCLUDING OR RESTRICTING THE LIABILITY OF WORDBEE FOR (I) THE DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF WORDBEE, THE WORDBEE STAFF OR ITS AGENTS, OR (II) ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED BY LAW.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by either you or Wordbee as set out below. You may terminate your agreement with Wordbee at any time by ceasing to use the Sites and destroying the User Materials together with all copies thereof.

Wordbee may terminate its agreement with you at any time if you have breached any term or condition of these Terms of Use. In such event, no notice shall be required by Wordbee to effect such termination. Upon termination of these Terms of Use, you agree to cease using the Sites and to destroy the User Materials together with all backup copies, modifications, printed or written materials, and merged portions in any form.

You acknowledge and agree that in NO EVENT termination will allow you to claim any fee reimbursement by Wordbee.

Third Party Sites

The Sites include hyperlinks to other websites and contents and introduce you to various third party merchants (“Merchant(s)”) whose products and services may be purchased on the Merchants’ websites.

Your use of each of these third party websites is subject to the terms and conditions posted on the applicable website. Wordbee has no control over such third party websites and the inclusion on the Sites of a hyperlink to any third party website is not an endorsement by Wordbee of such website, or to any content, products or services available on it.

You acknowledge and agree that:

The product information and pricing that are shown on the Sites regarding third party products and services is given to Wordbee by the applicable Merchant. The Merchant has the ability to change their pricing or terminate their product availability at anytime.

Wordbee is not involved in any transactions between you and any Merchant whose products and/or services are listed on the Sites. Wordbee does not control, is not responsible for and does not guarantee: (i) the pricing, quality, performance, availability or terms and conditions of purchase of products or services provided by the Merchant; (ii) any payment transactions, delivery, returns or after sales activities related to the products or services purchased on the Merchants’ websites; (iii) the availability of the Merchant’s websites; (iv) the completeness, truth or accuracy of any advertising or other materials on, or available from, the Merchants’ websites, nor any listing or other content about such products and services displayed on the Sites; (v) links to the Merchants’ websites that are featured on the Sites.

Any questions, complaints, or claims related to any product or service provided by a Merchant should be directed to the applicable Merchant.

Online Behavior

Please exercise respect when participating in any of Wordbee’s community features such as Forums, Blogs, Email functions, etc. You may not submit or publish through Wordbee any User Materials that are libelous, defamatory, pornographic, an invasion of privacy, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, offensive, harmful to a minor or an infringement on any intellectual property rights of a third party or would otherwise violate the rights of any third party. Furthermore, you may not submit or publish User Materials through Wordbee that solicit funds or services, contain advertising or include programs that contain viruses or any other programs designed to impair the functionality of any computer.

Notwithstanding any rights or obligations governed by the Additional Terms (as defined below) if, at any time you upload or post User Materials, including but not limited to comments, suggestions, problem reports, bug reports and design ideas to the Sites you automatically grant Wordbee a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable and transferable license of all rights to use, edit, modify, include, incorporate, adapt, record, publicly perform, display and reproduce the User Materials including, without limitation, all trademarks associated therewith, in any manner whatsoever, in or out-of-context, in all languages, in all media now known and hereafter devised, and to use the User Materials in advertising, promotion and publicity for the Sites, Wordbee and its or their products and services, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. In addition, you represent and warrant that you are entitled to enter into these Terms of Use and that you waive any so-called “moral rights” in and to the User Materials.

You acknowledge and agree that: (i) by using the Sites you may be exposed to content that you may find offensive or indecent and you use the Sites at your own risk; (ii) you are solely responsible for, and Wordbee has no responsibility to you or any third party for any User Materials that you create, submit, post or publish on the Sites; and (iii) Wordbee is not responsible for any User Materials that you may have access to through your use of the Sites, and all User Materials are the responsibility of the person from whom such User Materials originated.

You shall not copy, post or use text, photos, pictures, images or any other content from any third party or source (“Third Party Content”) without specific permission from the owner. Such Third Party Content may be protected by intellectual property laws and the owners of the intellectual property rights in such content may object to its use. You must not use any Third Party Content without first obtaining the permission of the owner of the intellectual property rights in such content.

If Wordbee receives any notification that any Third Party Content or any User Materials that you post or use are inappropriate, infringes any rights of any third party, or if Wordbee wishes to remove any Third Party Content or User Materials posted by you for any reason whatsoever, Wordbee reserves the right to automatically remove any such content for any reason immediately or within such other timescales as may be decided from time to time by Wordbee in its sole discretion. The content shall be taken down without any admission as to liability and without prejudice to any rights, remedies or defenses, all of which are expressly reserved. You acknowledge and agree that Wordbee is under no obligation to put back such content at any time.

Submissions

Certain parts of the Sites may ask for written suggestions or problem reports such as using our contact form or problem report form (“Submissions”). In such a case, please read carefully the specific terms, which govern those Submissions (“Additional Terms”). In the absence of Additional Terms, the Wordbee Terms of Use shall govern your legal rights with respect to those Submissions.

The Submissions shall be deemed the property of Wordbee. Wordbee shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Submissions throughout the universe in perpetuity and shall be entitled to use the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions. In any event, any Submissions you send to Wordbee will not be treated as confidential and Wordbee shall not be liable for any disclosure of the Submissions.

Accounts and Security

Wordbee does not warrant that the functions contained in the services provided by the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that this service or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

As part of the registration process, each user will select a password (“Password”) and user name (“User Name”). You shall provide Wordbee with accurate, complete, and updated Account information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of these Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your Account. Only chose a User Name that you have a right to use and don’t include someone else’s trade marks in your User Name. You may not (i) select or use a User Name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a name subject to the rights of any other person without authorization; or (iii) use a User Name that Wordbee, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate or offensive.

You shall notify Wordbee of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your Account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your Account, at Wordbee’s sole discretion, and you may be reported to appropriate law-enforcement agencies.

Jurisdictional Issues

The Sites are controlled and operated by Wordbee. Wordbee makes no representation that materials in the Sites are appropriate or available for use in your location. Those who choose to access this Site from any location do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Wordbee, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the Sites, your use of the Sites, your connection to the Sites, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Governing Law

By accessing the Sites, you and Wordbee agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, these Sites shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Luxembourg.

Severability

In the event any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be illegal and/or unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

Titles and headings:

The titles and headings of the sections and paragraphs of these Terms & Conditions are exclusively for convenience and shall not be taken as defining or limiting in any way the scope of application or the meaning of the section or paragraph to which they refer.

Trademarks

Wordbee and Wordbee Translator are registered trade marks in some jurisdictions.

Copyright

The content and compilation of contents included on Wordbee’s websites, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, are the property of Wordbee SA and are protected by international copyright laws.

 

Wordbee End User License Agreement

1. Definitions

1.1. The following terms and expressions shall have the following meanings:

Additional Terms: the terms and conditions and policies applicable to Your use of the Wordbee Translator, the Wordbee Website and the Services, in addition to this Agreement.

Affiliate: any corporation, company or other entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, Wordbee. For the purpose of this definition, the word "control" shall mean the direct or indirect ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding voting stock of the corporation, company, or other entity.

Agreement: this End User License Agreement, as may be renewed and/or amended from time to time.

Content: means any and all content consisting of text, sounds, pictures, photos, video and/or any type of information or communications.

Documentation: any online or otherwise enclosed documentation provided by Wordbee.

IP Rights: means (i) patents, pending patent applications, designs, trade marks and trade names (whether registered or unregistered), copyright and related rights, database rights, knowhow, trade secrets and confidential information; (ii) all other intellectual property rights and similar or equivalent rights anywhere in the world which currently exist or are recognised in the future; and (iii) applications, extensions and renewals in relation to any such rights.

Password: refers to a code You select, which, in combination with the User ID, gives You access to Your User Account.

Wordbee: refers to the company established under the laws of Luxembourg, Wordbee SA, with its address at 66, rue de Luxembourg – L- 4221 Esch-sur-Alzette- Luxembourg, VAT n° LU22550164, Trade register: n B 1 38671.

Wordbee Promotional Materials: any and all trademarks, names, signs, logos, banners, and any other materials, in whatever form, owned and/or used by Wordbee for the promotion of its company, its products and activities, other than the Wordbee Online Material.

Wordbee Staff: the officers, directors, employees and agents of Wordbee or its Affiliates, or any other persons hired by Wordbee or its Affiliates.

Wordbee Website: any and all elements, contents and the ‘look and feel’ of the website available under the URL, http://www.wordbee.com and http://www.wordbee-translator.com, – among other URL’s.

Terms: has the meaning given in the “Additional Terms” preliminary term above.

UI: the user interface of the Wordbee Websites.

User Account: refers to the account with User ID and Password that You create for Your use of the Wordbee Translator.

User ID: refers to an identification code You selected, which in combination with the Password, gives access to Your User Account.

You: You, the end user of the Wordbee Translator, also used in the form “Your” where applicable.

1.2. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to one gender include the other gender.

1.3. Any phrase introduced by the expressions “including”, “include”, “in particular” or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words preceding those terms.

2. License and Restrictions

2.1.1   License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Wordbee hereby grants Users subscribed to Wordbee Transaltor a limited, commercial or non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, license to access the Wordbee Translator Web Site and login to the User's Account which is uniquely identified by a Wordbee Translator Account ID. The Wordbee Translator ID is provided for by Wordbee on subscription. You are allowed to add and remove User Accounts to/from Your Wordbee Translator Account within the maximum number of User Accounts granted by the User's subscription to the service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the User Accounts You have created within your Wordbee Translator Account. You are responsible for securely distributing User Accounts to Your users and you agree to not disclose User Accounts to non-authorised persons.

Standard Logins are meant for sole use by in-house staff, including employees of the User or any person working at the User's premises. Standard Logins must not be used by any other persons. Freelancer Logins are meant for sole use by persons other than in-house staff including employess of the User or any person working at the User's premises.

Each Standard Login and each External Login is linked to a single physical person and must not be used by more than one physical person. With the Team Editions, logins can be enabled and disabled dynamically and freely by the User. This permits the User to dynamically give access to Wordbee Translator to those persons that require access at a given time.

2.1.2   Trial Account License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Wordbee hereby grants Users who request a Time-Limited Free Trial Access a limited, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, license to access the Wordbee Translator Web Site and login to the User's Account which is uniquely identified by a Wordbee Translator Account ID. The Wordbee Translator ID is provided for by Wordbee to Users who sent Wordbee a request for a Trial Account. You are allowed to add and remove User Accounts to/from Your Wordbee Translator Account within the maximum number of User Accounts granted by the User's subscription to the service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the User Accounts You have created within your Wordbee Translator Account. You are responsible for securely distributing User Accounts to Your users and you agree to not disclose User Accounts to non-authorised persons.

It is at the discretion of Wordbee to provide trial accounts to Users who sent Wordbee a request for such account. Wordbee may disable or delete a Trial Account at any time and without giving any reason to the User.

2.1.3   Period of license

Starting with the subscription to the service and the activation of the Wordbee Translator Account, the license is valid for a limited period of time which is specified in the subscription.

2.2. No Granting of Rights to Third Parties: You will not sell, assign, rent, lease, distribute, export, import, act as an intermediary or provider, or otherwise grant rights to third parties with regard to the Wordbee Translator or any part thereof.

2.3. No Modifications:You will not undertake, cause, permit or authorize the modification, creation of derivative works, translation, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or hacking of the Wordbee Translator or any part thereof except to the extent permitted by law.

2.4. Exclusive Ownership: Any and all IP Rights in the Wordbee Translator, the Wordbee Website, the Wordbee Online Material and the Wordbee Promotional Materials are and shall remain the exclusive property of Wordbee and/or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement intends to transfer any such IP Rights to, or to vest any such IP Rights in, You. You are only entitled to the limited use of the IP Rights granted to You in this Agreement. You will not take any action to jeopardize, limit or interfere with Wordbee’s IP Rights. Any unauthorized use of Wordbee’s IP Rights is a violation of this Agreement as well as a violation of intellectual property laws and treaties, including without limitation copyright laws and trademark laws.

2.5. No Removal of Notices: You agree that You will not remove, obscure, make illegible or alter any notices or indications of the IP Rights and/or Wordbee’s rights and ownership thereof, whether such notice or indications are affixed on, contained in or otherwise connected to any materials.

2.6. Wordbee Promotional Material: Nothing in this Agreement will give You any right to use the Wordbee Promotional Materials.

3. What you should and should not expect from Wordbee

3.1. No Warranties: Wordbee cannot guarantee that You will always be able to use Wordbee Translator without disruptions, delays or communication-related flaws or that all Your intended actions shall be executed by the Wordbee Translator.

3.1.1. Content of Translations: The content of the translation passed by the use of the Wordbee Translator is entirely the responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. You understand, therefore, that by using the Wordbee Translator, the Services and the Wordbee Website You may be exposed to content that is offensive, harmful to minors, indecent or otherwise objectionable, and that You use the Wordbee Translator, the Services and the Wordbee Website at Your own risk.

3.1.2. You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for any Content that You upload, submit, post, transmit or display through the Wordbee Translator (“Use” or “Used”) and that Wordbee is not responsible to You or any third party for any Content that is Used by You or any other Wordbee Translator user.

3.1.3. Removal of Content: Wordbee reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to decide whether any Content that You Use complies with this Agreement and any Additional Terms. Wordbee may in its sole discretion remove such Content and/or terminate this Agreement and Your User Account if You Use any Content that is in breach of this Agreement and/or any Additional Terms at any time and without prior notice to You.

3.1.4. Browser Compatibility: Wordbee Translator is compatible with specific web browsers only. Wordbee publishes this list of compatible web browsers on their sites www.wordbee.com and www.wordbee-translator.com. Wordbee cannot be held responsible for any incompatibilities arising from the use of any other web browser other than those recommended by Wordbee.

4. What we expect from You

4.1. Lawful purposes: You will use the Wordbee Translator solely for lawful purposes. In this respect You may not, without limitation (a) intercept or monitor, damage or modify any content which is not intended for You; (b) use any type of spider, virus, worm, trojan-horse, time bomb or any other codes or instructions that are designed to distort, delete, damage or disassemble the Wordbee Translator; (c) send any unsolicited communication not permitted by applicable law (d) expose any third party to material which is offensive, harmful to minors, indecent or otherwise objectionable in any way; or (f) use (including as part of your User Name) any material or content that is subject to any third party proprietary rights, unless you have a license or permission from the owner of such rights.

4.2. Representations: You represent and warrant that You are authorized to enter into and comply with the Terms. Furthermore, You represent and warrant that You will at any and all times meet with Your obligations under the Terms, as well as any and all laws, regulations and policies that may apply to the use of the Wordbee Translator, the Wordbee Services and/or the Wordbee Website.

4.3. Indemnification: YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD WORDBEE AND ITS AFFILIATES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES INCURRED BY SUCH PARTIES, IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR (A) VIOLATION OR BREACH OF ANY TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION, WHETHER OR NOT REFERENCED HEREIN, OR (B) VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, OR (C) USE OR MISUSE OF THE WORDBEE TRANSLATOR, OR (D) TRANSLATION SPREAD BY MEANS OF THE WORDBEE TRANSLATOR.

4.4. Utilization of Your Computer: If Your use of the Wordbee Translator is dependent upon the use of a processor and bandwidth owned or controlled by a third party, You acknowledge and agree that Your license to use the Wordbee Translator is subject to You obtaining consent from the relevant third party for such use. You represent and warrant that by accepting this Agreement and using the Wordbee Translator, You have obtained such consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

5.1. No Warranties: THE WORDBEE TRANSLATOR IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER; WORDBEE DOES NOT, EITHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, CLAIMS OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE WORDBEE TRANSLATOR, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WORDBEE FURTHER DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WORDBEE TRANSLATOR WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCESSIBLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE AND ERROR-FREE OR WILL OPERATE WITHOUT PACKET LOSS, NOR DOES WORDBEE WARRANT ANY CONNECTION TO OR TRANSMISSION FROM THE INTERNET, OR ANY QUALITY OF CALLS MADE THROUGH THE WORDBEE TRANSLATOR.

5.2. Your Own Risk: You acknowledge and agree that the entire risk arising out of Your use of the Wordbee Translator remains with You, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5.3. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL WORDBEE, ITS AFFILIATES, ITS LICENSORS OR THE WORDBEE STAFF BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER FORM OF LIABILITY, FOR:

5.3.1. ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LOSS OF OR CORRUPTION TO DATA, INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE OR PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WORDBEE TRANSLATOR; AND

5.3.2. ANY LOSS OF INCOME, BUSINESS OR PROFITS (WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WORDBEE TRANSLATOR;

5.4. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE OR RESTRICT OR SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS EXCLUDING OR RESTRICTING THE LIABILITY OF WORDBEE FOR (I) THE DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF WORDBEE, THE WORDBEE STAFF OR ITS AGENTS, OR (II) ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED BY LAW.

5.5. Jurisdiction’s Limitations: As some jurisdictions do not allow some of the exclusions or limitations as set forth above, some of these exclusions or limitations may not apply to You. In such event the liability will be limited to the maximum extent possible within the applicable legislation.

When you access our site using Web browser, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered Users in your organization. Wordbee provides your organization with a unique Wordbee Translator Account ID and an administrator login and password (“The Account Administrator”) to access and manage your account. The Account Administrator in your organization is responsible for creating user IDs and passwords for all Users in your organization that shall be permitted to login to your Wordbee Translator Account. The user IDs and passwords are created, maintained, enabled and disabled by the owner of the account. Users must enter the Account Id, the User ID and a password to login. Wordbee issues a session "cookie" only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session "cookie" does not include either the username or password of the user. Wordbee does not use "cookies" to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.

In addition, Wordbee is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Severability: in the event any provision of the Agreement is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be illegal and/or unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

6.2. Titles and headings: the titles and headings of the sections and paragraphs of the Agreement are exclusively for convenience and shall not be taken as being a part of the Agreement or as defining or limiting in any way the scope of application or the meaning of the section or paragraph to which they refer.

Wordbee provides the registered user online CAT services over Internet. Wordbee makes the Wordbee Translator service available under a fee for its Wordbee Translator version with additional subscription plans for business purposes. Because Wordbee Translator is Web based, it requires the use of first and last names, a password, a valid email address and a valid credit card to process payment for service. Therefore, at a minimum, we require such necessary information during the registration process.

What information does Wordbee gather and how is it used?
Because of the nature of our product, we must collect personal information from users during the registration process, including first and last names, a valid credit card to process payment for service, an email address and a password. Your email address may be used to send you periodic information about Wordbee Translator, but only upon your express consent. Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor. Wordbee gives users the option for requesting by email the removal of their information from our database to not receive future communications except those related to a user’s active subscription.


Your Password should never be shared with anyone unless you intend to do collaborative work with others who need read/write access to your files. When we receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to the secure portion of our site using industry standard SSL. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The user data is password protected.
