1. Freelancer Edition

A freelancer account gives access to all but the collaborative features. This edition includes one login and is the perfect choice for freelancers who do not need to share work with colleagues.            

                                  

    

2. Team Edition

The Team Edition is the choice for individuals, agencies or corporations that conduct translation projects in a team. It enables you to create logins for your in-house staff and for your externals or freelancers. 

   

3. On Site installation

A solution for clients who require installation of Wordbee Translator at their premises. The system can be fully integrated into an existing IT environment and interfaced with your other systems. Contact us for details

The key to improving your translation management workflow is an extensive portfolio of visionary functions that are changing the way organizations execute translation projects. This community-centric language technology of Wordbee is ideal for handling localisation projects because:
  • It can handle document/page updates in the CMS automatically. Example: Let’s say the translator has translated a page coming from the CMS. A week later the page is modified in the CMS. Once transferred via the API to Wordbee, the Codyt will automatically re-use the texts of the previous version and present only the changed portions to translate. The project manager doesn’t have to interfere. It’s all automatic.
  • It implements automated workflows. Each document is assigned to a workflow. When the translator has finished his work, the revision job kicks off automatically. The project manager’s role is reduced to tracking overall work progress.
  • It implements automatic deadline calculation based on word counts.
  • It permits to assign work to translator groups instead of individual translators. This option is comparable to crowd sourcing. For example, the project manager has 4 in-house French to English translators. Each time a page needs to be translated for this language couple, the system proposes the work to all 4. The first person who takes on the work “wins”. The advantage for the project manager is that manual assignment is no longer needed.
  • It allows involving content editors in the process. The content editors can click on a link and access directly the Wordbee translation interface for that page.
