Some say that LSPs should diversify their portfolio of services to better scale their business and add value. Some people say that’s a terrible idea. We expect a contentious panel.

Konstantin is a language industry researcher, speaker and event organizer. With background as a business journalist and strategist in a language technology company, he brings unique insights to his position as Chief Researcher at Nimdzi. He also founded translationrating.ru, a ranking and research blog for language service providers in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
Ilya has been in the translation and localization industry for almost 20 years, 11 of which he has held management positions at various LSPs. Apart from being Managing Director at Literra Translation Company, he is also involved with several public initiatives, serving as Chairman of St Petersburg branch of the Translators Union of Russia (UTR), sitting on the UTR Board, functioning as Co-Chairman of FIT ISO Standing Committee and co-organizer of St Petersburg Translation Club.
Andre has ten years experience in localization, combined with a solid technical, media and audio engineering background, which allows him to lead Wordcraft as a full-service language service provider for all things media localization!
Diego started his career in the translation industry as a translator in 2005 and held multiple positions until he founded his own language service company Creative Words in 2016. He’s curious about language technology and his passion for training and networking led him to his additional responsibilities as Director of the European Language Industry Association (ELIA) and LocLunch Ambassador.
