Wordbee Translator update: Set appointments for interpreting jobs

by | Apr 30, 2018

Benefits of the new update

Interpretation and language services are a big part of growing your business in a new market. If you’re managing interpretation projects, then you need to be able to define start and end dates for your jobs. For scheduling and invoicing, you’re also going to need to set the exact duration of each assignment.
Wordbee Translator is now able to accommodate interpretation projects in a more efficient way. All you need to do is to create a task category that includes an “appointment.” This option will then allow you to set start and end dates, as well as duration(s).
Once you have this task category set up, you can use it in workflow templates to prepare your projects faster.

How does it work?

First and foremost, make sure to enable the “Interpretation” task in the Wordbee “Task Categories.”

Use the page as shown in the screenshot below to guide you.

This workflow template can be then applied in New Order Forms, allowing your clients to set specific dates and task durations while requesting interpretation projects directly via the Client Portal. No matter what workflows your business requires, we got you covered!
