Wordbee plans are priced per Power User and billed annually. You pay for the capabilities your team needs, not per word or per project, so costs stay predictable as your volume grows. See the plans above, or talk to sales for a tailored quote.
Power Users are project managers, admins, and team leads who manage workflows, assign jobs, and configure the platform. Linguists are translators, reviewers, and editors who work inside the CAT editor. Requesters (unlimited on every plan) submit content for translation but don't manage projects.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated across the rest of your annual term. Your data, translation memories, and project history all carry over when you switch.

Agentic is an annual add-on that layers onto any Wordbee Translator plan, from Freelancer to Infinity. You bring your own LLM keys (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Gemini) and we provide the orchestration, QA, and brand-voice controls. It is billed annually, separately from your Translator plan.
